Bruce Miller, Owner and Executive Chef, has 18 years of creative culinary experience. Bruce is
known for his attention to detail, presentation and culinary customization. Bruce has extensive fine
dining, wedding, TV, bar/bat mitzvah, corporate and social catering experience.
Chef Bruce Miller graduated at the top of his class from the New York Restaurant School, and
trained under the illustrious Jean-Georges Vongerichten at JoJo
Restaurant in Manhattan. Bruce previously was Executive Chef at the
Black Horse Tavern in Mendham, former Chef at Giraffe Restaurant in
Basking Ridge and Executive Chef at Tre Vigne in Basking Ridge. He
was also Owner and Executive Chef at Cafe' Serene, a restaurant in Livingston, NJ.
Bruce had his own cooking show on cable called "Cooking with B2". Bruce is involved in his community. He coaches for the Livingston American Little League and Livingston Soccer Club. In addition, he donates food to many local organizations.
Maurice Alameda is Chef for Serene Caterers. Maurice Alameda was Chef at The Pleasantdale Chateau and The Manor in West Orange. His high end and creative catering experience brings a special touch to every event.
